(hereinafter referred to as "Xinhan") was established in 2017, headquartered in Area C, Building 7, Guangdong Xinguangyuan Industrial Base, Nanhai District, Foshan City. It is committed to providing intelligent upgrading solutions for global manufacturing. The company focuses on two core areas: industrial robot system integration and the full-process automated production and testing of water purification equipment. It currently has more than 40 core patented technologies and 2 software copyrights, and passed ISO 9001:2015 international quality management system certification in 2020. It is a national high-tech enterprise integrating R&D, design, manufacturing, sales and technical services (2024 re-examination and approval).
In the field of industrial robot system integration, Xinhan integrates international top industrial robot brands such as ABB and KUKA (official authorized partners) to provide flexible production lines, intelligent warehousing systems and automated testing solutions for the food and beverage, pharmaceutical and daily chemical, home appliance and home furnishing, and new energy industries. The company's independently developed high-speed and high-precision control system can adapt to complex process scenarios. It has successfully built efficient and intelligent production lines for well-known enterprises such as Ferrero, Vitasoy, Baiyunshan, Amway, Panasonic, Osram, and D&N Home Furnishing, and has been awarded "Top Ten Robot Integrators in Food and Medicine" (2021) and "Strategic Partner of Foshan Robot Association" (2021).
In the field of intelligent manufacturing of water purification equipment, Xinhan focuses on the full-process automated production and intelligent testing of filter cartridges, filter materials, complete sets of equipment and accessories. The independently developed high-precision film winding machine (±0.02mm), fully automatic adhesive edge sealing machine (±0.5mm), carbon rod automatic gluing and assembly line, sealing ring automatic oiling and assembly machine, high-speed filter cartridge ultrasonic welding machine, high-speed rotary welding and assembly machine, etc., combined with water hammer burst test integrated machine (0-4MPa), vacuum pressure intelligent leak detector (sensitivity 1mbar), etc., form a complete process closed loop. Its technological achievements have been applied to the production lines of international water purification brands such as Midea, Xiaomi, and Philips, helping customers achieve stable and efficient production.
With continuous technological innovation and excellent service, Xinhan has continuously won authoritative certifications such as "Contract-Honoring and Credit-Keeping Enterprise" (2021) and "High-tech Small and Medium-sized Enterprise" (2023). The company's products have been exported to global markets such as the United States, India, Indonesia, and Pakistan, and in January 2025, Hong Kong Xinhan Co., Ltd. was established to further deepen the layout of the European and American and Southeast Asian markets.
