Performance characteristics:

1. Automated clean production: Highly automated technology achieves the processes of membrane flow distribution cloth welding, precise glue application, and RO membrane rolling.

2. Intelligent production system: The magnetic powder brake achieves closed-loop control of the winding tension of the flow distribution cloth, preventing wrinkles or deviations in the membrane roll and ensuring the uniformity of the membrane roll. Equipped with a SCARA robot, combined with a dual-fluid glue mixing system and a precision glue valve, it achieves precise control of the glue line trajectory and uniform glue application without breaks.

3. Compatibility and flexibility: Supports the production of multiple specifications of RO membrane filter cartridges, with a model change time shortened to 5 minutes.
